Jon Jones, the UFC heavyweight titleholder, has been out of action since March 2023. An injury prevented him from defending his gold against Stipe Miocic last year. It’s a fight the UFC still has on its radar.

Daniel Cormier doesn’t believe Colby Covington realizes he can’t call the shots. Covington appears to be further away from the UFC Welterweight Championship picture than fans are used to seeing. Don’t tell that to “Chaos” however, who feels a foot injury is to blame for his shortcoming against Leon Edwards for the 170-pound gold back in late 2023. Covington recently appeared on “Submission Radio” and shared his belief that Belal Muhammad, who is challenging Edwards for the welterweight gold at UFC 304, was “squatting on his ranking.”

As it turns out, Rountree was flagged for Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) use. The light heavyweight says that an accidental blend from a personalized supplement company is to blame for the DHEA finding. While Rountree has been temporarily suspended, he insisted that he never took the banned substance intentionally.

Mike Perry is looking for his next fight, and he’s itching to share the ring with Tyron Woodley on the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson undercard. Paul vs. Tyson will be taking place inside AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on July 20th, and Perry is hoping he gets a chance to be on a massive stage against a former UFC champion. Of course, this would be a traditional boxing fight if they were to be on the same card as “The Problem Child” vs. “Iron” Mike.

UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping lauds Oleksandr Usyk for his game plan against Tyson Fury. Usyk and Fury did battle for the right to be called the undisputed heavyweight champion of boxing. While Fury appeared to be gaining steam at the halfway point, Usyk had other ideas. In the ninth round, Fury was sent stumbling into the ropes from a barrage of punches before the referee ruled a knockdown. From that point on, Fury was never the same and Usyk scored a split decision victory.

After Klose scored a slam KO over Joe Solecki in December, he said he didn’t care who was next, as he just wanted the easiest guy for the most amount of money. Klose ended up getting the call to face Joaquim Silva at UFC 301 in Brazil, which is exciting for the American to go into enemy territory.
