He’ll lock horns with fellow former UFC star Luke Rockhold, with both men hoping to make a real statement. Of course, it’s a strange matchup in the eyes of some, but it’s one that makes sense when you consider the trash talk between both men over the years.

Former boxing champion Amir Khan isn’t a fan of the planned Jake Paul vs Gervonta Davis exhibition boxing match. As we know, Jake Paul and Gervonta Davis are reportedly scheduled to square off in an exhibition boxing match later this year. For a long time, the idea of something like this would’ve seemed absolutely ridiculous. Now, however, it has seemingly come to fruition, and the masses are pretty intrigued to see how things play out between these two men.

Fans of the sweet science are having a field day following the reports of Jake Paul vs. Gervonta Davis. Mike Coppinger of Ring Magazine reported that Paul and “Tank” are set to collide in an exhibition bout on Nov. 15. The bout is set to be held inside State Farm Arena in Atlanta. The fight will reportedly air on the Netflix streaming platform. Fans were quick to respond to the report, and they were quite negative about the exhibition.

Former heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury has rejected the idea of making a comeback in the sport. In the wake of his second straight defeat at the hands of Oleksandr Usyk, Tyson Fury revealed that he would be walking away from the sport of professional boxing. He announced his retirement in a short video and while many people felt as if he would eventually break it, that hasn’t proven to be the case thus far. Of course, this is combat sports we’re talking about here, and retiring has proven to be a temporary decision for many great fighters over the years.

Regardless of which camp you fall into, there’s no denying that ‘The Problem Child’ knows how to get people talking.

Jake Paul was back in action last Saturday, taking on Mexican boxing veteran Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in a cruiserweight clash. Ahead of time, much was made of the fact that the boxing match was going head-to-head with the stacked UFC 317 MMA card in Las Vegas. Most fight fans reasonably assumed that UFC 317, headlined by a lightweight title fight between Ilia Topuria and Charles Oliveira, would be the bigger card. However, Paul’s promotion company, Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), is now claiming otherwise.

Days after the loss, it was announced that the Mexican was arrested by Homeland Security and is facing deportation for criminal illegal activity.

On that same night, Noche UFC will be held inside Frost Bank Center in San Antonio.

Things got testy between Alvarez and Crawford during the second pre-fight press conference for their Sept. 13 boxing title fight. During the faceoff between undisputed super middleweight champion Alvarez and the No. 1 pound-for-pound boxer Crawford, there was some shoving. Alvarez pushed Crawford away, as “Bud” kept moving forward.
