Cyborg (27-2 MMA) will be competing for the first time since scoring a first-round TKO victory over Cat Zingano at Bellator 300 in October of 2023. The former UFC champion has gone 6-0 since making the move the Bellator in July of 2019.

Pereira (31-11 MMA) will enter the contest on an eight-fight winning streak, with his most recent victory coming by way of first-round submission over Ihor Potieria at May’s UFC 301 event. ‘Demolidor’ has scored first-round stoppage wins in each of his last three Octagon appearances.

Back for the first time since a knockout win over Justin Gaethje in April, Max Holloway will return to featherweight to face Ilia Topuria. ‘El Matador’ famously won 145-pound gold in February with a stoppage victory over Alexander Volkanovski.

Former interim UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall has something in the works. The British fighter hasn’t been seen in the cage since a title defense in Manchester in July. In the co-main event of UFC 304, Tom Aspinall handed Curtis Blaydes a first-round knockout loss. Following the victory, the interim champion called out Jon Jones in his post-fight interview. However, his plea went unheard.

It led to a unanimous decision win for the proud Georgian, who is now the UFC bantamweight champion.

Pereira successfully defended the UFC light heavyweight belt by finishing Khalil Rountree Jr. at UFC 307. Despite a slow start to the fight, Pereira rallied as the fight went on, battering and defeating Rountree in Round 4.

Kai Kara-France believes he should have been the one to get the next flyweight title shot. UFC flyweight champion Alexandre Pantoja will defend his belt in the co-main event of UFC 310 against newcomer Kai Asakura. Asakura is the former RIZIN champion who has notable wins over Manel Kape, Kyoji Horiguchi, and Juan Archuleta, but it still came as a surprise that he received an immediate title shot in his first UFC fight.

UFC light-heavyweight champion Alex Pereira has responded to Jamahal Hill. ‘Poatan’ is fresh off his return to the cage in the main event of UFC 307 earlier this month. Back for the first time since knocking out Jiri Prochazka in June, Alex Pereira faced fellow striker Khalil Rountree Jr. Despite ‘The War Horse’ entering the bout as a heavy underdog, he wound up taking an early lead on the scorecards.

Gegard Mousasi’s last appearance came in the main event of Bellator 296 in Paris against former title challenger Fabian Edwards. The bout came just a few months after Johnny Eblen ended the champion’s time at the top with a brutal decision loss.

Former UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz is ready for his final fights. ‘The Dominator’ hasn’t been seen in the cage in over two years now. Dominick Cruz last fought in San Diego in August 2022, facing former UFC title challenger Marlon Vera. Despite some early success from the former champion, ‘Chito’ wound up scoring a brutal fourth-round knockout victory. In the process, snapping Cruz’s two-fight winning streak.

A UFC bantamweight headliner between contenders Umar Nurmagomedov and Song Yadong is reportedly in the works for the promotion’s return to Tampa, FL in December. MMA journalist Ariel Helwani reported Thursday that while contracts haven’t been signed, the UFC plans to book the matchup for December 14th. Neither Nurmagomedov nor Yadong have confirmed the reports of the targeted UFC Tampa booking, as of this writing.
