UFC middleweight Sean Strickland is ready to move to boxing if he doesn’t face Dricus du Plessis. ‘Tarzan’ hasn’t competed since his first title defense against ‘Stillknocks’ at UFC 297 in January. The bout was Sean Strickland’s first, since defeating Israel Adesanya last September. While the newly crowned champion wasn’t excited about fighting in Canada, he was excited to finally settle his feud with Dricus du Plessis.

UFC 305 is set for August 18th at the RAC Arena in Perth, Western Australia and it’s been reported that Dricus Du Plessis vs. Israel Adesanya is in discussions. The last time the promotion was in Australia was in September of 2023 at UFC 293 which took place at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.
