Harrison had a successful UFC debut, mauling former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm for a second-round submission. During her post-fight interview, Harrison made it clear that she wants a shot at the 135-pound gold.

Jamahal Hill was quick to address his first-round knockout loss to Alex Pereira in the main event of UFC 300. Hill had never lost the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship, rather he relinquished the title after suffering an Achilles injury. “Sweet Dreams” challenged Pereira for the 205-pound gold in hopes of proving that he is the true gold standard of the light heavyweight division. Hill was dropped by a left hook from “Poatan” and he couldn’t withstand the follow-up punches, so the fight was stopped.

Alex Pereira scored a sensational knockout victory over Jamahal Hill to close out UFC 300, but he didn’t enter the title fight at 100 percent. Pereira was making his fight UFC Light Heavyweight Championship defense, and per UFC CEO Dana White, “Poatan” suffered a broken toe not long before his battle his “Sweet Dreams.” Here’s what White told reporters during the UFC 300 post-fight press conference (via Sportskeeda).

Justin Gaethje has released a statement after being on the wrong end of a brutal knockout loss at UFC 300. Gaethje put the BMF Championship on the line against “Blessed” and it ended up being a one-sided thrashing. Holloway picked Gaethje apart on the feet before knocking “The Highlight” out cold with just one second left in the fight. Going into the final round judges Derek Clearly and Sal D’Amato had Max ahead 39-37, but judge Junichiro Kamijo had the fight even at 38-38.

UFC president Dana White has given his thoughts on Arman Tsarukyan punching a fan in the crowd at UFC 300. Last night, Arman Tsarukyan picked up the biggest win of his career. He squeaked out a win over Charles Oliveira, and he did so by the skin of his teeth. It was an incredibly tight fight, with Oliveira almost submitting Tsarukyan on two occasions. Alas, he didn’t get the job done, and Arman will now have his sights set on a future lightweight title shot.
