Cody Durden is excited he and Bruno Silva will get to share the Octagon with one another, despite them being teammates. Durden and Silva were supposed to fight last year, but Durden stepped up on short notice to fight Jake Hadley and wasn’t cleared to fight Silva after that fight went down. After Durden was then booked to fight Carlos Hernandez at UFC 303, he got pulled from the bout due to undisclosed reasons and will now face Silva at UFC Vegas 94 which he says is a better fight for him.

Daniel Cormier has two-time UFC rival Jon Jones’s back when it comes to the heavyweight champion’s latest run-in with the law. Jones is charged with two misdemeanors for assault and interference with communication stemming from an incident involving two Drug Free Sport International testers at his home in March. On Wednesday, Jones pleaded not guilty to the charges and will appear for trial at a later date.

The medical suspensions for UFC Denver have been released and Cody Brundage is the only fighter who received an indefinite suspension. UFC Denver was headlined by a women’s flyweight bout that saw Rose Namajunas defeat Tracy Cortez by decision. Namajunas was medically suspended for 30 days, while Cortez was suspended for 60 days or until her toe his cleared.

W, Paul’s personal care product line which includes antiperspirant deodorant and body wash, is one of the sponsors of his upcoming boxing match against Perry. Paul and Perry will headline a boxing event in Tampa, FL on Saturday.

UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier feels that Khamzat Chimaev’s recent title shot demands are misguided ahead of his return. Chimaev recently confirmed plans to return at UFC 308 in Abu Dhabi in October. He hasn’t fought since a middleweight win over former UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman at UFC 294 last year.

That bout was the biggest of Paddy Pimblett’s career thus far, and he entered it a heavy favorite. Ultimately, the British star made short work of ‘El Cucuy’, handing him his seventh loss in a row by unanimous decision.

UFC commentator Joe Rogan has publically weighed in on the recent attempted assassination of former U.S. President Donald Trump. 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks shot Trump at a recent 2024 campaign rally in Butler, PA. He shot Trump in his right ear before the U.S. Secret Service eliminated the gunman and escorted the former president from the scene.

UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor charges stemming from an alleged altercation with two Drug Free Sport International testers. Jones appeared in an Albuquerque, NM courtroom on Wednesday with his legal team. He pleaded not guilty to one misdemeanor charge of assault, and one for interference with communication in connection to the March incident.

UFC flyweight contender Muhammad Mokaev claims the UFC didn’t want him to break Jon Jones’ record of being the youngest UFC champion. Mokaev signed with the UFC at the end of 2021 as he was just 21 at the time. He had made it clear he wanted to become the youngest UFC champion in history and started out his UFC tenure with a 58-second win over Cody Durden. He then picked up two more wins in 2022 to end the year 3-0 and in contention at flyweight.

Belal Muhammad is encouraging former UFC interim welterweight champion Colby Covington to retire from combat sports. Covington (17-4 MMA) last fought and was defeated by Leon Edwards back in December of 2023 at UFC 296. ‘Chaos’, at 36, has 3 wins and 3 losses in his last 6 fights inside of the Octagon.

The Nate Diaz vs. Jorge Masvidal pay-per-view reportedly did ‘horrible’ numbers. The 10-round boxing bout between Diaz and Masvidal took place on Saturday, July 6th at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. It was Diaz who would receive a majority decision victory over Masvidal.

Now, the Englishman is back, and he’s ready to send a message to the rest of the division.
