Renan Ferreira has released a statement after suffering a KO loss to Francis Ngannou. Ferreira shared the Octagon with Ngannou for the PFL Super Fights Heavyweight Championship. The loss ended Ferreira’s four-fight winning streak. He hadn’t suffered a loss since August 2022.

Francis Ngannou’s coach Eric Nicksick has revealed “The Predator” was injured before his PFL debut. Ngannou shared the PFL SmartCage with Renan Ferreira in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this past Saturday. This was Ngannou’s first pro MMA fight since January 2022.

Cris Cyborg may be closing in on life after MMA. Cyborg shared the PFL SmartCage with Larissa Pacheco this past Saturday. The two collided for the PFL Super Fights Women’s Featherweight Championship. Pacheco gave Cyborg all she could handle, causing cuts above both her eyes early in the fight.

After a shaky opening minute, Anthony Hernandez was able to utilize his strong grappling to smother and brutalize Michel Pereira for the remainder of the contest, eventually earning a stoppage in the late stages of the fifth and final round.
