Former UFC fighter and coach James Krause has emerged to reveal massive money trouble, but he plans to use it to his advantage. ‘The James Krause’ famously fought in the UFC from 2013 to 2020. Along the way, he earned some big victories and defeated the likes of Warlley Alves, Claudio Silva, Sam Stout, and more. However, Krause eventually retired, to focus on coaching the likes of Brandon Moreno and Megan Anderson at Glory MMA.

McGregor could certainly learn a thing or two from Weidman when it comes to recovering from a brutal leg break. Weidman was on the receiving end of a gnarly leg snap when he shared the Octagon with Uriah Hall back in April 2021. Just three months later, McGregor ended up fracturing his tibia and fibula against Dustin Poirier in their trilogy bout. While Weidman has had two fights since his injury, including a recent controversial win over Bruno Silva, McGregor hasn’t been seen inside the Octagon since July 2021.

The rematch between between Urijah Faber and Jeff Curran has been made official. A1 Combat has announced that “The California Kid” will face Curran on May 25th in the main event of A1 Combat 21. This will be held under combat jiu-jitsu rules, which allows for open palm strikes. Faber and Curran had a WEC championship fight all the way back in late 2007. Faber successfully defended the WEC Featherweight Championship via second-round submission. The bout earned “Fight of the Night” honors.

The highly anticipated women’s flyweight main event did not result in the emphatic finish that most fight fans were hoping for. Instead, the headliner proved to be a twenty-five minute sparring match, which Manon Fiorot seemingly dominated with relative ease. The French standout utilized her footwork and reach to counter Erin Blanchfield repeatedly and was also able to negate all over the American’s takedown attempts.
