Former UFC star Nate Diaz recently decided to spar with a fan who wanted his autograph. The Stockton native hasn’t been seen in action since a boxing match with Jorge Masvidal earlier this year. The bout took place just five years after ‘Gamebred’ handed Nate Diaz a stoppage loss in the octagon at UFC 244 in New York City. In a rematch in the ring, however, the former fan favorite emerged with a decision victory.

Meanwhile, Jake Paul is fresh off a sixth-round knockout victory over BKFC star Mike Perry in July.

Fakhretdinov earned a controversial nod on the judges’ scorecards in his matchup with Carlos Leal at UFC 308 last month. He earned a unanimous decision despite many believing Leal, who was making his UFC debut, deserved the victory over Fakhretdinov.

It appears that Islam Makhachev vs. Arman Tsarukyan 2 is official for UFC 311 in January. The lightweight champion hasn’t been seen in the cage since a clash with Dustin Poirier in June. In the main event of UFC 302, Islam Makhachev entered the octagon as a massive betting favorite against ‘The Diamond’. While the challenger offered some resistance, the Russian emerged with a fifth-round submission victory.

Due to the destructive nature of the defeat, some assumed Stipe Miocic would never fight again. However, over three years later, he’s set to return at UFC 309 opposite Jon Jones.

Although Rakhmonov could wait for the title shot, he wants to remain active and calls to fight Kamaru Usman for the interim title.

Daniel Cormier doesn’t believe he has to be chummy with Jon Jones despite their rivalry being long gone. Cormier and Jones had a nasty feud under the UFC banner. The two brawled during a UFC 178 media day sessions. Jones defeated Cormier via unanimous decision in their first meeting. Their second clash initially ended in a knockout win for Jones, but that result was changed to a No Contest due to a failed drug test on Jones’ end. “Bones” has long maintained his innocence when it comes to using banned substances.

UFC commentator Joe Rogan has had high praise for Ilia Topuria as he continues his reign as the featherweight king. At this point, it’s impossible to deny that Ilia Topuria is one of the best fighters in mixed martial arts. In his last two fights alone, he’s managed to knock out Alexander Volkanovski and Max Holloway. If that doesn’t prove what kind of fighter we’re dealing with, we’re not sure what would.
