UFC legend Jon Jones continued to troll UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, saying he’s just a “small dog barking behind a fence.” There is no love lost between Jones and Adesanya. The two have been rivals for a while now, but things have hit a boiling point ever since Adesanya knocked out Paulo Costa at UFC 253. The rivalry between the two has never been more heated, with both men power tweeting at each other seemingly every day, trashing each other, and taking shots at each other’s families. MMA fans have gotten used to grabbing a bucket of popcorn and tuning into the Jones and Adesanya show every night as they continue to burn each other.

It seems as if MMA Twitter is 50% fight talk and 50% reactions to the ongoing rivalry between Jones and Adesanya. The trash-talking between both men have gone up to another level since then with both men taking potshots at each other, including Jones poking fun at Adesanya’s father and then Adesanya taking a shot at Jones’ deceased mother.

Former UFC light heavyweight champ Jon Jones posted a new video of him lifting weights as he appears to still be bulking up for heavyweight. Jones gave up his belt at 205lbs this summer and announced that after nearly a decade at the top of the UFC light heavyweight division he is setting his sights for the heavyweight division. This past Saturday night at UFC 253, Jan Blachowicz claimed the vacant belt when he knocked out Jones’ former rival Dominick Reyes. After Blachowicz won the fight, Jones sent out a few tweets indicating that he could be considering a return down to 205lbs.
