UFC welterweight superstar Jorge Masvidal called Conor McGregor a “very small, fragile dude” following his recent leg break loss at UFC 264. McGregor suffered a leg break injury against Dustin Poirier in his trilogy fight last month at UFC 264, but it hasn’t stopped the Irishman from taking to his social media and talking trash about a ton of potential opponents. One potential foe for McGregor inside the Octagon is Masvidal, as the two are big names who have been connected to a money fight in the past. This fight has never been booked, and if you ask Masvidal, it won’t be happening anytime soon because “Gamebred” is just a bigger man than “Notorious.”

Former UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo says he will “never” have a rematch against his former rival Conor McGregor in the Octagon. Aldo and McGregor met in the main event of UFC 194 in December 2015, with McGregor knocking Aldo out in 13 seconds to become the new UFC 145lbs champion. In the years since then, we have heard some chatter about a potential rematch between these two, but if you ask the Brazilian, he has no interest in fighting the Irishman again. As far as Aldo is concerned, McGregor is fighting at 155 and 170lbs now, while Aldo is established at 135lbs. Speaking to MMAFighting.com’s Guilherme Cruz, Aldo shot down a McGregor rematch.

Asked in a recent Q&A session by a fan if he sees his two boys following their father’s footsteps into the world of combat sports, “Notorious” replied affirmatively, saying that he does see them testing their skills in martial arts one day. However, McGregor also pointed out that he will not force his sons to become MMA fighters. If they want to, though, he will support them.

The pair of former UFC champions, McGregor (22-6 MMA) and Bisping (30-9 MMA), have been sparring online over the past few days. The beef all started after ‘The Count’ shared his take regarding Conor’s online feud with Daniel Cormier. During his assessment, Michael Bisping suggested that ‘DC’ would rip Conor McGregor “limb from limb” in a real fight.

Due to those issues, Paul admits that McGregor isn’t as interesting of an opponent as he once would have been. Usman and McGregor have been going back-and-forth on social media as of late, which has led to speculation of a future fight. The trash talk also triggered the sportsbooks getting in on the action and releasing the opening betting line for this potential fight. According to the sportsbook BetOnline, Usman opened as a -700 (bet $700 to win $100) betting favorite for this potential bout, while the comeback on McGregor is +450 (bet $100 to win $450).

Bisping suffered a broken leg and lost via first-round TKO (doctor stoppage) to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July. He has had surgery on his leg and is expected to return to active competition in 2022. During a recent Q&A session with fans on his Twitter, McGregor was asked by a fan if he would consider coming into boxing instead when he returns, presumably because he wouldn’t have to throw leg kicks like in MMA. McGregor, however, is convinced that his leg is going to be stronger than ever for kicking, and so a return to MMA is in the cards for him, and he also believes he will walk right into a title shot.

Conor McGregor fired back at Michael Bisping over his recent Daniel Cormier comments, saying that “I collect commission on all of his fights.” In the wake of his loss to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264, McGregor and Cormier have been going at it on social media. Taking to his own podcast to defend Cormier, Bisping then told McGregor that DC would “rip him limb from limb” if the two ever met in the Octagon. During a Q&A session with fans on Sunday evening, one fan asked McGregor what he thought about Bisping’s recent comments. The Irishman replied to the poster, though he later deleted the comment. McGregor (22-6 MMA) suffered a nasty leg injury during his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier last month at UFC 264. Due to fractures in both his tibia and fibula, the Irishman had to undergo surgery.

UFC superstar Conor McGregor encouraged Nate Diaz to continue his trolling of rival Dustin Poirier, telling him that “I am entertained.” McGregor has, of course, fought both Diaz and Poirier multiple times each. The Irishman had a pair of memorable fights with Diaz in 2016, where he went 1-1 in the pair of bouts, while “Notorious” ended up losing 2-1 overall to Poirier during their own trilogy. In the last fight against Poirier at UFCC 264, McGregor broke his leg, and he’s expected to be out for the next year while he heals up his wounds. During his time off, McGregor has spent much of it on social media trolling several other fighters including Poirier, Diaz, and Daniel Cormier. But according to McGregor, he’s having more fun watching Diaz troll Poirier.

YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul says that UFC superstar Conor McGregor’s ego won’t allow him to accept that “it’s over,” meaning his career. McGregor lost via first-round TKO when he broke his leg against Dustin Poirier back at UFC 264 in July. That was his second straight defeat following a TKO loss to Poirier earlier this year at UFC 257. When looking at McGregor’s MMA record, he is just 1-3 over his last four fights, plus he has a loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in boxing during that stretch, as well. Other than a quick TKO win over Donald Cerrone at UFC 246 last year, McGregor has not looked like his old self, and the man who was a double UFC champ is now long gone.
