Paul Felder has made his way back in the USADA testing pool, but a return to the Octagon isn’t a lock. Felder’s last pro MMA fight took place back in late 2020 against Rafael dos Anjos. “The Irish Dragon” lost the fight via unanimous decision, and announced his retirement from pro MMA competition the following year. When Felder retired, he said that he was comfortable with the decision given his age and the lack of fire for competing. Fast forward to 2023 and perhaps there is a newfound spark.

Tom Aspinall has been targeting Ciryl Gane, but if that fight can’t happen, he has another name in mind. Aspinall has been rising up the heavyweight rankings. Some believe he will spearhead the next generation of MMA heavyweights. Aspinall is looking to prove his supporters right, and he feels a showdown with Gane is a good step in that direction. With that said, he’s also keeping an eye on Sergei Pavlovich.

Logan Paul has fired back at Dillon Danis’ string of troll posts. Paul and Danis are set to collide in a boxing match on October 14. While Danis is known for ruffling feathers, few could’ve anticipated he’d take things as far as he has going into this bout. The Bellator fighter has uploaded dozens of images showing Paul’s fiancée, Nina Agdal, with other men. He even uploaded a NSFW video of Agdal, who talked about wanting to have sex.

Ciryl Gane has responded to Tom Aspinall following UFC Paris. Gane had a successful outing against Serghei Spivac in the main event of the card on September 2. Gane won the fight in the second round via TKO. One fighter who was paying attention to the action was Aspinall, who has called for a fight against “Bon Gamin.” The former interim UFC heavyweight titleholder has responded.

The Octagon returned to France for today’s UFC Paris event, an eleven-bout fight card headlined by Ciryl Gane vs. Serghei Spivac. The highly anticipated heavyweight main event proved to be a one-sided affair. Ciryl Gane was able to keep the fight standing, this despite Serghei Spivac’s best efforts to get the contest to the ground. ‘Bon Gamin’ peppered ‘The Polar Bear’ with punches throughout the fight and wound up cruising to a second-round TKO victory following a wicked final flurry of punches.

In the main event of UFC 291, Gaethje became the new BMF champion as he scored a second-round head kick KO win over Dustin Poirier. Masvidal was at the event and wrapped the belt around Gaethje, given he was the inaugural BMF champion.

PFL star Jake Paul was happy to see the UFC’s shares fall earlier today. ‘The Problem Child’ has yet to step foot in the cage, but did sign with the company earlier this year. Nonetheless, Jake Paul is fresh off his win over Nate Diaz last month in their high-profile boxing match. Following the victory, the YouTuber called for the rematch to take place in the cage.

UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones is happy that he faced Ciryl Gane and not Francis Ngannou in March. ‘Bones’ is currently slated to return to the cage in November at UFC 295. There, he will face Stipe Miocic, back for the first time since a 2021 knockout loss to Francis Ngannou. The bout will be Jon Jones’ first heavyweight title defense, having won the title in March against Ciryl Gane.

There, Max Holloway faced The Korean Zombie, in his retirement fight. In the end, the former featherweight champion scored a highlight-reel third-round knockout to earn the victory.

The PFL is reportedly in discussions with Bellator to buy the rival MMA promotion. For months now, it has been reported that Bellator was up for sale. With that, the future of the promotion was uncertain. Bellator president Scott Coker had even confirmed the PFL had reached out to talk about potentially buying the promotion.

It was on Saturday, August 19th at UFC 292 that bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling (23-4 MMA) took on Sean O’Malley (17-1 MMA) in the main even at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The outcome was a second-round TKO victory for the 28-year-old O’Malley, who in the process stripped ‘Funk Master’ of the crown, becoming the new champion.
