Jon Jones has opened as the betting favorite over Stipe Miocic. Recently, UFC president Dana White revealed that the UFC is looking to book Jones vs. Miocic for International Fight Week. It is a massive fight and one many fans have been asking to see ever since ‘Bones’ hinted at possibly moving up to heavyweight.

UFC President Dana White believes that it’s time to book Jon Jones vs. Stipe Miocic. The UFC Heavyweight Title picture is up in the air. Francis Ngannou is the current champion but there are some question marks about his future. He underwent successful knee surgery, so he will be out of action for a while. On top of that, he is in the midst of a contract dispute with the UFC.

Jones (26-1 MMA) last fought back in February of 2020 at UFC 247, where he defeated Dominick Reyes (12-3 MMA), defending the light heavyweight title for the 13th time. Jon Jones defeated Dominick Reyes via unanimous decision (48-47, 48-47, 49-46).

Chris Daukaus doesn’t think he would fight Jon Jones even if it was offered. Daukaus, a former Philadelphia police officer, knows a fight against Jones would be a big payday and a massive fight for his career. However, Jones has a history of not making it to the fight due to positive drug tests or legal problems. With that, Daukaus says he couldn’t commit 12 weeks of his life to a fight that probably doesn’t happen.

Adesanya is coming off a decision win over Robert Whittaker and with that has practically cleared out the middleweight division. That being said, many think ‘Stylebender’ will move back up to light heavyweight again. Adesanya previously competed at 205lbs at UFC 259, where he suffered a loss to the now-former light heavyweight champion in Jan Blachowicz.

Jon Jones has taken to Twitter to say his story is far from over and he is preparing to make a heavyweight run. Jones, (26-1 MMA) normally competes in the light heavyweight division of the UFC and has lost only once during his run. That loss came during a matchup with Matt Hamill (12-8 MMA) back in December of 2009 and was by disqualification due to elbow strikes.

Jon Jones has taken to Twitter to announce that his fiancé left him about two months ago. Jon ‘Bones’ Jones, 34, competes in the light heavyweight division of the UFC. With an impeccable record of 26-1 MMA, Jones is widely considered to be the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. While Jones hasn’t fought since UFC 247 back in February of 2020, where he defeated Dominick Reyes, he has stated he would like to get back in the cage in the second quarter of 2022.

Jon Jones was caught headbutting a police car during his arrest in Las Vegas back in September. On Tuesday, the Las Vegas Review-Journal obtained police bodycam footage of Jones’ arrest where he headbutted a police car (at the 3:09 mark) and reportedly left a “medium-size dent” and chipped the paint. During the arrest, Jones is heard calling one of the officers a “nerd” and asked “A black man can’t drink?” as he accused the officers of racial profiling.
