Paul and Woodley meet on August 29 in a highly-anticipated professional boxing matchup between the YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul and the former UFC welterweight champion Woodley. One man who will be tuning into watch this fight is Burns, who last year defeated Woodley via unanimous decision in the UFC. If there’s anyone who knows Woodley well it’s the man who spent 25 minutes in the cage with him, and when you ask Burns about how the Woodley vs. Paul boxing match will go, he’s not confident in Woodley (via TMZ Sports).

YouTuber-turned-boxer Logan Paul has opened up as the betting favorite for a potential boxing match with MMA legend Anderson Silva. Paul’s manager Jeff Levin confirmed with ESPN on Wednesday that the reports of a potential Paul vs. Silva boxing match are accurate. According to the report, it hasn’t been determined yet whether or not this would be an exhibition bout or a professional boxing match, and the weight class and rounds would have to be determined, too. But it does appear that there is smoke where the fire is and that Paul vs. Silva is very possible.

Taking to his social media on Thursday, Paul shared an image of the necklace along with a hand-written note to Poirier and his wife Jolie following their big victory over McGregor last weekend.

Since it was just an exhibition fight, the bout didn’t count on either fighters’ professional boxing record, so it was more of a sparring match than an actual boxing match. But even though Paul would have lost a decision had there actually been judges scoring the fight, the YouTube sensation believes that he learned a lot from his first encounter with Mayweather and believes he has what it takes to beat him in a rematch.

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather trolled former opponent Conor McGregor following the broken leg he suffered in the main event of UFC 264. McGregor lost to Dustin Poirier via first-round TKO (doctor stoppage) in the main event of this past Saturday’s UFC 264 pay-per-view card. The Irishman apparently had a pre-existing injury coming into the bout, according to his coach John Kavanagh, and whatever it was, it appeared to be re-aggravated during the fight when McGregor’s kick was blocked by Poirier’s elbow. Not long after that, McGregor collapsed and then got finished. The stoppage has been made into a meme by plenty of fans and now even Mayweather is taking part in the fun, as he took to his social media to poke fun at his former rival.
