In December, Tyson Fury scored his third, and likely final win over Derek Chisora by tenth-round stoppage. Following the victory, the heavyweight champion had a face-off with Oleksandr Usyk in the center of the ring.

There, the YouTuber-turned-boxer suffered the first loss of his career by split decision. Following the decision defeat, Jake Paul called for a rematch with ‘TNT’, but he quickly changed his mind.

Jake Paul and Anderson Silva aren’t having an easy time creating a fighter’s union. ‘The Problem Child’ and ‘The Spider’ faced off last October on Showtime pay-per-view. The Brazilian entered the contest off wins over Tito Ortiz and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. In the build to the contest, Jake Paul made Anderson Silva a bet. That bet was if the YouTuber won, the MMA legend would have to help him create a union.

That was a return in more than one way for Canelo Alvarez, as it was his first bout in Mexico in over a decade. He didn’t disappoint fans, as he dominated ‘The Gorilla’ en route to a unanimous decision win.

Instead, it’ll be Nate Diaz’s boxing debut, as he’s slated to face Jake Paul in August on DAZN pay-per-view. ‘The Problem Child’ is coming off a decision loss to Tommy Fury in February.

That victory went down as his last in the octagon, as he became a free agent earlier this year. In March, Ngannou signed with the PFL, ending his MMA free agency.

Teofimo Lopez has announced his retirement from boxing at age 25. Lopez became the WBO and The Ring light welterweight champion on Saturday with a dominant decision win over Josh Taylor. It was his third fight at light welterweight after he lost his lightweight titles to George Kambosos Jr. in a stunning upset.
