Usyk is the former undisputed cruiserweight and heavyweight champion and is the third male boxer to become a two-weight undisputed champion in the “four-belt era. However, at age 38, his career is winding down and Usyk says he has two fights left, and wants his final fight to be against Pereira.

Heavyweight boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk won’t be fighting for much longer. ‘The Cat’ is fresh off his return to the boxing ring in December against Tyson Fury. Last May, Oleksandr Usyk dropped ‘The Gpysy King’ en route to a split-decision victory to become the first man since Lennox Lewis to unify the heavyweight titles. In their rematch, the Ukrainian again earned a win over the Brit by decision.

Back for the first time since a unanimous decision loss to Tommy Fury in late 2023, KSI will meet Dillon Danis. ‘El Jefe’ wasn’t the first choice, as the YouTuber was originally set to meet ex-football star Wayne Bridge at Misfits 21 instead.
ESPN reportedly moving on from Top Rank Boxing this summer

The end of an era with ESPN and Top Rank Boxing is imminent. Front Office Sports reports that ESPN is moving on from the long-running boxing promotion after the two sides had been in business together for eight years. It was noted in the report that while the deal is set to expire this August, the premier sports network could end the partnership sooner if a suitable replacement is found.

Canelo Alvarez will no longer be boxing Jake Paul as the bout fizzled just as the fight was close to happening. It was reported on February 6 that Alvarez and Paul were closing in on a fight that would see them box on Cinco de Mayo weekend in Las Vegas with the event aired on Netflix. Yet, hours later, it was revealed Alvarez walked back on the deal and ended up signing with Turki Alalshikh, the chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority.
