The next event for Jorge Masvidal’s Gamebred Bareknuckle MMA promotion will feature no fewer than 12 former UFC fighters. While he may no longer be part of the UFC roster, Jorge Masvidal certainly knows his stuff when it comes to bringing in recognizable names for his events. ‘Gamebred’ has been in the promoter game for a while now and in that time, he’s had a few really enjoyable events. As we look ahead to the future, it certainly seems as if that’s going to be his primary focus with regard to what he’ll spend most of his time doing.

Bobby Green has once again accused Russian fighters in the UFC of getting away with cheating. If there’s one thing we know to be true about Bobby Green, it’s that he is outspoken. If he has something on his mind, there’s an excellent chance he’s going to say it – and he doesn’t particularly care who he upsets along the way. Green is the sort of fighter that fans adore and this weekend, he’ll get the chance to prove why all over again when he locks horns with Grant Dawson.

Justin Gaethje is reportedly being lined up next for Islam Makhachev if the latter is able to get past Charles Oliveira again. This year has been a pretty good one for Justin Gaethje, to put it lightly. ‘The Highlight’ has beaten Rafael Fiziev and Dustin Poirier, and in the latter of those two wins, he won via knockout to claim the BMF title. Gaethje has always been an action fighter and someone who is willing to risk it all, but on the two occasions he’s fought for the UFC lightweight championship, he’s come up short against Khabib Nurmagomedov and Charles Oliveira.

Ricky Glenn is going back to his roots for his UFC Vegas 80 fight against Drew Dober. Glenn is coming off a first-round knockout loss to Christos Giagos earlier this year, which was a tough pill to swallow. It was his first fight in a year-and-a-half and immediately after the loss, Glenn wanted to get the bad taste out of his mouth.

Jon Jones brought in an interesting training partner for his UFC 295 title fight against Stipe Miocic. Jones is set to defend his heavyweight title for the first time when he takes on the former champ Miocic in the main event of UFC 295 from Madison Square Garden on Nov. 11. It’s a massive fight and a highly-anticipated scrap as it is arguably the MMA GOAT vs. the UFC’s heavyweight GOAT.

Bobby Green claims he used to beat up current UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland in sparring sessions. Strickland is the UFC’s newly crowned middleweight champion, but before he even made it to the Ultimate Fighting Championship, he and Green used to battle it out in sparring. According to Green, the two used to train with one another when they were around 21 or 22, and he used to beat up Strickland with ease.

Colby Covington is only worried about Leon Edwards showing up at UFC 296. Covington is set to challenge for Edwards’ UFC welterweight title in the main event of UFC 296 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. It’s an intriguing matchup and one the oddsmakers have Edwards as a small betting favorite.

UFC fighter Joaquin Buckley has given his thoughts on the upcoming title bout between Leon Edwards and Colby Covington. In the main event of UFC 296, Colby Covington will get another chance at gold. He’ll go head to head with Leon Edwards, with the UFC welterweight championship being on the line. It comes after Edwards was able to defeat Kamaru Usman on two separate occasions, establishing himself as the new king at 170 pounds.

From the initial rumors to coaching The Ultimate Fighter together, it seemed inevitable that it was going to happen. Now, we finally seem to have some movement, with the Irishman suggesting that he has recently submitted a sample to USADA – implying he’s back in the testing pool.

For quite some time now, fans have been waiting for some kind of announcement regarding Conor McGregor’s return to the UFC. It’s been over two years since we’ve seen him in action, with many believing 2023 was going to be the year that sparked his comeback. Instead, while he has been training, the Irishman hasn’t been able to get a fight booked – to the frustration of many.

Bobby Green isn’t a fan of the way Grant Dawson fights. Green was booked to headline UFC Vegas 80 against Dawson, who is ranked 10th at lightweight. Yet, even though Dawson is the ranked opponent, Green knows he is the more popular fighter and admits he wasn’t even familiar with Dawson until he got the fight booking.

Ian Machado Garry has responded to Dillon Danis calling him out. Although Danis is set to box Logan Paul on Oct. 14, he is an MMA fighter who is under contract with Bellator. Yet, with the future of the promotion uncertain, Danis says if Bellator folds he wants to sign with the UFC and mentioned Ian Machado Garry as an easy opponent for him.

While the former Strikeforce champion has been retired for years, he’s remained active in the MMA community. In fact, Jake Shields has continued to train at the UFC PI due to his friendship with many fellow fighters. Well, that was the case until his altercation with Mike Jackson late last year.

White held Noche UFC last month for Mexican Independence Day and the event took place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was a massive success and White promised he would hold the Mexican Independence Day event every year goinfg forward.

Michael Chandler has an idea of when he will finally fight Conor McGregor. Chandler and McGregor coached TUF against one another earlier this year, and the hope was they would fight before the end of 2023. However, the UFC have now announced the main events for the rest of the year, so when Chandler and McGregor will fight one another is uncertain, especially given the fact that the Irishman is still not in the USADA testing pool.
