Former UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw could seemingly be on the way back. The 38-year-old has been out of action since a title fight with Aljamain Sterling at UFC 280 in October 2022. That fight ended a yearlong layoff for T.J. Dillashaw, and he didn’t enter it in the best condition. Just minutes into that bout with ‘The Funk Master’, the former champion had his shoulder dislocated.

UFC 1 fighter Art Jimmerson passes away at age 60

UFC 1 fighter and longtime boxer Art Jimmerson has passed away at the age of 60. Jimmerson (0-1 MMA) is well known for kicking off UFC 1 opposite jiu-jitsu phenom Royce Gracie (15-2 MMA) in November of 1993 and became the first person in UFC history to lose by submission after tapping out to the Brazilian at 2:18 of Round 1. It was to be a very short career in the UFC.

Earlier this month, Ryan Garcia failed a drug test stemming from his boxing match with Devin Haney. That positive test resulted in a rant from Conor McGregor, who slammed the boxer. The Irishman also aimed at Sean O’Malley in the rant, who previously failed a drug test for the same substance Garcia did.
