Oliveira has been doubted countless times in his career. ‘Do Bronx’ was the underdog to Lee and Dustin Poirier among countless others and some have even labeled him a “quitter”. Yet, for ‘The Motown Phenom’ he says Oliveira is the most skilled fighter he’s fought and believes the champ easily beats both Justin Gaethje and Islam Makhachev.

UFC 275 is apparently looking to add a big middleweight clash between Robert Whittaker and Marvin Vettori. Yesterday on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, ‘The Reaper’ teased that he was getting back into camp. He also noted that he was looking to fight some fresh blood that he hadn’t faced before. Many fans and pundits took that hint to mean he was going to face Marvin Vettori.
One of the judges in Cain Velasquez case voices concerns over “safety”, requests protection

It is been reported that one of the judges in the Cain Velasquez case has voiced concerns over safety and requested additional protection. As a result, extra security has been provided. It was Judge Shelyna Brown who said “the risk is too great” after reviewing Velasquez’s “reckless” actions and denied the former fighter bail. Velasquez is due back in court on April 12, 2022.

Junior dos Santos has signed with Eagle FC. On Wednesday, Khabib Nurmagomedov went on ESPN and announced he has signed Dos Santos to his promotion. The former UFC heavyweight champion will headline an Eagle FC card on May 20 against UFC veteran, Yorgan Se Castro. The co-main event of the card will also see a battle of ex-UFC fighters as Hector Lombard will take on Thiago Silva. The event is expected to take place at FLXcast Arena in Miami.
