Jake Paul has lashed out at former UFC star Nate Diaz for failing to really promote their upcoming boxing showdown. On August 5, Jake Paul and Nate Diaz will collide in a boxing match. It’s a fight that has been years in the making, and it’s expected to do big numbers on pay-per-view. However, it won’t be clear until the dust settles just how big the contest is going to be.

However, with fighters still competing in that weight class, it’s far from a guarantee.

Although he lost the fight, he says he already knew what he did wrong and went back to the gym to correct it.

Diaz is set to make his pro boxing debut on August 5 as he takes on Jake Paul in a highly-anticipated bout. Heading into the fight, Paul is the betting favorite, partly due to the fact Diaz has no prior pro boxing experience.

Despite the disappointing result, Elder gained a lot of confidence from that fight.

Coach Javier Mendez has predicted that Alexander Volkanovski and Islam Makhachev will produce an epic rematch in the future. Earlier this year, Alexander Volkanovski and Islam Makhachev went to war. They battled it out over the UFC lightweight championship and, in the end, the decision went in favor of Makhachev. He was able to retain his belt, leaving Volkanovski to head back down to 145 pounds and defend his strap at featherweight.

MMA analyst and former fighter Chael Sonnen has reached a plea agreement in his alleged hotel assault case. Back in December 2021, Chael Sonnen was accused of attacking Christopher and Julie Stellpflug without provocation – before striking two security guards – in a Four Seasons hotel in Las Vegas.

Gane was fighting for the undisputed belt for the second time in his career after he had previously lost by decision to Francis Ngannou. Against Jones, the Frenchman entered the scrap with a ton of confidence. After Amanda Nunes dominated Irene Aldana over all five rounds back at UFC 289, she announced her retirement from MMA and vacated her titles. Immediately, many wondered who would be fighting for the vacant bantamweight title and Holm believes if she wins at UFC Vegas 77, she will be one-half of that title fight.

That turned out to be one of the best decisions that the UFC president ever made.
