In round six, Dillon Danis was disqualified after attempting a takedown and guillotine on the YouTuber.

Back for the first time since a decision win over Kamaru Usman in March, Leon Edwards will look to defeat ‘Chaos’. However, it seems that the welterweight champion’s time at 170 pounds might be limited afterward.

The British fighter returned on short notice in the co-main event of UFC 295 over the weekend. While not originally slated for the card, Tom Aspinall stepped up after Jon Jones withdrew from the main event. Due to ‘Bones’ suffering a torn pec, Stipe Miocic was also removed to keep the fight intact.

John Kavanagh has revealed that Conor McGregor won’t be back at UFC 300 after all. ‘The Notorious’ has famously been out of the cage since a trilogy loss to Dustin Poirier in July 2021. That defeat to ‘The Diamond’ saw Conor McGregor break his leg. The injury and subsequent exit from the USADA testing pool have the Irishman sitting on the sidelines as of now.

Tom Aspinall revealed he injured his back just after accepting his short-notice UFC 295 interim heavyweight title fight against Sergei Pavlovich. After Jon Jones tore his pec and his fight against Stipe Miocic was called off, the UFC booked Aspinall vs. Pavlovich to serve as the co-main event of UFC 295 for the interim heavyweight title. The fight was made on just over two weeks’ notice and during one of Aspinall’s first training sessions, he hurt his back.

He knocked out Sergei Pavlovich in just over one minute to win the interim belt, setting himself up for an eventual undisputed showdown with the winner of Jon Jones vs Stipe Miocic next year.

Pereira surprised many by calling out Adesanya following his second-round TKO victory over Jiri Prochazka in the main event of UFC 295. Prochazka was floored by a counter hook from Pereira, who finished the fight with elbows to the head. The bout was contested for vacant UFC light heavyweight gold.

The now former UFC light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill has a bold take on Alex Pereira’s title win against Jiri Prochazka. Once Hill suffered a ruptured Achilles, the UFC booked a vacant title fight between Pereira and Prochazka. The fight did not make it past the second round. Prochazka was dropped by a counter hook, and Pereira scored elbows to the side of his opponent’s head, leading to referee Marc Goddard stopping the fight.
