UFC CEO Dana White plans to have interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall be the backup for Jon Jones vs. Stipe Miocic. Aspinall once again proved he’s a dangerous top heavyweight during his title defense against Curtis Blaydes at UFC 304. Aspinall needed just one minute to finish “Razor” to send the Manchester crowd into a frenzy. He scored the TKO victory and now looks primed for a future undisputed championship bout against the winner of Jones vs. Miocic.

The highly anticipated welterweight title fight rematch proved to be a coming out party for Belal Muhammad. ‘Remember the Name’ put forth a dominant performance, getting the better of Leon Edwards for the majority of the fight in both the standup and on the ground. Despite a late scare at the end of the fifth and final round, Muhammad seemingly handled Edwards with relative ease this evening and proved he was the better man this time around.
