Alexander Volkov is not happy with the judges following UFC 310. Volkov collided with Ciryl Gane in a rematch this past Saturday night. The bout went the distance, and the general consensus is that Volkov did enough to win the fight. Two of the three judges at Octagon side disagreed, and scored the fight for Gane.

Dana White has reacted to Merab Dvalishvili’s latest incident with a fan. Dvalishvili was in attendance for UFC 310 in support of his teammate Aljamain Sterling. On the preliminary portion of the card, Sterling dropped a unanimous decision to Movsar Evloev in a competitive fight. Dvalishvili ended up getting physical with a fan in the stands, something that has become common for the reigning UFC bantamweight champion.

Alexandre Pantoja is aware of Demetrious Johnson’s response to his callout. Pantoja surprised MMA fans when he called for a showdown with “Mighty Mouse” at the conclusion of UFC 310. The UFC flyweight champion had a successful title defense against Kai Asakura, earning a second-round submission finish. After the fight, Pantoja expressed his desire to share the Octagon with Johnson, who retired from pro MMA competition earlier this year.

On the preliminary portion of the card, fight fans saw some familiar faces. Former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman took on Eryk Anders, while Clay Guida went one-on-one with Chase Hooper. Anthony Smith was also in action, going one-on-one with Dominick Reyes.

Still, it was always going to be a fun, competitive fight, with the end result being up in the air until the scorecards were read.

Following the fight, the younger brother of Tyson Fury revealed plans to get surgery, citing a long injured hand.

Last April, Jorge Masvidal retired after being handed a decision loss by Gilbert Burns at UFC 287, his fourth defeat in a row. However, almost as soon as he hung up the gloves, he began discussing a comeback. Earlier this year, Masvidal headed to the boxing ring for a one-off bout against Nate Diaz.

However, Vicente Luque was battered by Buckley, ultimately being stopped in the second round.

UFC bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili nearly came to blows with Umar Nurmagomedov earlier today. ‘The Machine’ and ‘Young Eagle’ finally had their long-awaited clash finalized earlier this week. Despite talk of Merab Dvalishvili rematching Petr Yan or Sean O’Malley, he instead signed a deal to face Umar Nurmagomedov. The Russian famously earned a title opportunity with a unanimous decision victory over Cory Sandhagen in August.

Bo Nickal is daring those trolling him over his UFC 309 performance to meet him in the gym. Nickal took on Paul Craig inside Madison Square Garden in New York City. Despite scoring a unanimous decision win over a seasoned veteran in Craig, fans in attendance were not impressed. It was only Nickal’s seventh pro MMA fight, but the crowd chanted “overrated” at the rising middleweight, who was unfazed by the boobirds.
