Former UFC ‘champ champ’ Conor McGregor has reacted after Katie Taylor suffered her first pro boxing defeat at the hands of Chantelle Cameron. Taylor (22-1 Boxing) collided with Cameron (18-0 Boxing) in front of a packed house at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. With a win, Katie would have taken home Cameron’s undisputed junior welterweight championship.

UFC Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones believes boxing’s heavyweight king Tyson Fury did an about-face. Fury, the reigning WBC and The Ring Heavyweight Champion, took to his Instagram Stories to fire shots at UFC color commentator Joe Rogan. Fury was quite upset with Rogan for saying that Jones would get the better of him if they were locked in a room. “The Gypsy King” was adamant that no man alive would make it out of that room if he had anything to say about it.

PFL heavyweight contender Francis Ngannou is still hoping to box Tyson Fury. ‘The Predator’ famously ended his lengthy free agency earlier this week. Joe Fournier is none too pleased with how his boxing match with KSI ended. Fournier and KSI competed inside OVO Arena Wembley in London, England this past Saturday (May 13). It was clear early on that KSI had a speed advantage and was the sharper boxer. In the second round, Fournier’s lights were shut off and his opponent was awarded the knockout win. This one had some controversy. Replays showed that KSI appeared to have knocked Fournier out with an unintentional elbow.

Egano who was 7-1 with three wins by KO was facing Jason Facularin (4-1) at the Imus Sports Gymnasium in the Philippines last weekend in an eight-round fight that part of Manny Pacquiao‘s TV show “Blow by Blow”, which features boxers on smaller cards. After a hard-fought battle, when the final bell rang and just before they were set to announce Egano as the winner, he collapsed in his corner.
