The Misfits Boxing event headlined by KSI vs. Tommy Fury reportedly earned 1.3 million pay-per-view buys. The high-profile event went down over the weekend in Manchester, headlined by ‘The Nightmare’. Co-headlined by Logan Paul, the event was nicknamed The PRIME card, a nod to the YouTubers’ hydration drink. At the event, ‘The Maverick’ faced Dillon Danis, while KSI faced Tommy Fury.

KSI (4-0, 1 no-contest) was returning to action for the first time since fighting Joe Fournier back in May. That bout had of course ended in controversy, with the English influencer initially being awarded a knockout victory, which was later overturned to a no-contest due to the knockout strike coming in the form of an elbow to the head. Prior to that, KSI was coming off a first-round knockout win over FaZe Temperrr in January of this year.

Conor McGregor had a few words for KSI and laid out an unexpected challenge. Both McGregor and KSI were in attendance for the heavyweight clash between Anthony Joshua and Robert Helenius. While Joshua looked spotty at times and his face was marked up quite a bit, he found the chin of his opponent in the seventh round. A massive right hand from AJ slept Helenius inside the O2 Arena in London, England.

Bryce Hall isn’t done fighting in influencer boxing. Hall made his influencer boxing debut back in June of 2021 when he took on YouTuber Austin McBroom. In the lead-up to the fight, Hall was oozing with confidence, but it was McBroom who wound up winning by third-round TKO.

YouTuber KSI has reacted to Jake Paul’s latest boxing win over Nate Diaz. ‘The Problem Child’ returned to the ring on Saturday night to face the former UFC title challenger. In the main event of a DAZN pay-per-view offering, Jake Paul defeated Nate Diaz by unanimous decision. Following the victory, he called out Canelo Alvarez and also offered to do a rematch with the MMA fighter in the PFL.

Jake Paul has shared his prediction for the Tommy Fury vs. KSI boxing match in October. Paul is very familiar with both Fury and KSI – as he most recently dropped a split decision to Tommy back in February. In addition, Paul has also been vocal in wanting to box KSI as the two have not seen eye-to-eye ever since KSI beat Logan Paul in their boxing match in 2019.

YouTuber-turned-boxers KSI and Logan Paul will return in October, but not against each other. In August 2018, ‘The Nightmare’ and ‘The Maverick’ faced off for the first time in an amateur bout. Despite the white-collar nature of the contest, it did massive numbers on pay-per-view. Ultimately, they fought to a draw that night, but ran it back the following year as professionals.

Former UFC welterweight title challenger Jorge Masvidal has no interest in facing KSI, and he believes it’s mutual. ‘Gamebred’ retired in April, having suffered four losses in a row inside the octagon. Following his loss to Gilbert Burns in Miami, the former title challenger announced his retirement. However, Jorge Masvidal has routinely teased that he could return to fighting, but in the boxing ring instead.

It appears that YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI might not be boxing Tommy Fury next after all. ‘The Nightmare’ has been out of the ring since May, when he faced Joe Fournier. The bout was expected to be the biggest test of his career thus far, but the Brit passed with flying colors. KSI wound up scoring a second-round knockout win, immediately having a face-off with Tommy Fury following the bout.

Jake Paul has responded after KSI called him a fraud who only fights retired MMA fighters. KSI and Paul seem to take pleasure it taking shots at one another – at least outside the ring – perhaps planning for a future battle in the ring?

Numerous pro fighters took to social media with reactions to KSI’s controversial knockout victory over Joe Fournier in London. KSI was returning to action for the first time since scoring a knockout win over Faze Temper in January. Prior to that victory, he had picked up stoppage victories over names such as Luis Alcaraz Pineda and Swarmz. In his professional debut against Logan Paul in November 2019, he defeated ‘The Maverick’ by split decision.

Nate Diaz has reacted to Jake Paul accepting KSI’s offer for the YouTuber to be a back-up fighter for their bout on August 5. Earlier this month, it was announced that Nate Diaz and Jake Paul will finally square off. They’ll do so in a boxing match this summer as the former UFC star prepares to venture into the squared circle. Paul, meanwhile, will be attempting to erase the memories of his defeat to Tommy Fury.

YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI has scheduled his return to the ring. ‘The Nightmare’ has been out of action since his bout with Faze Temper in January. Heading into the event, the British star was expected to face Bellator welterweight, Dillon Danis. However, after ‘El Jefe’ withdrew for unknown reasons, the Brazilian got the short-notice nod to the main event.

Former UFC fighter Darren Till has given his reaction to recent remarks from Dillon Danis regarding his boxing future. Earlier this year, Darren Till opted to leave the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He did so following a poor run of form with the promotion, ending in a loss to Dricus du Plessis back in December.

Tommy Fury has confirmed that he would be open to throwing down with YouTuber KSI in a boxing match. Last night in Saudi Arabia, Tommy Fury defeated Jake Paul. The contest went to a split decision but in the eyes of many, Fury clearly did enough to come away with the victory.
