It appears that boxing legends Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao will be running it back in RIZIN. ‘PacMan’ appeared at RIZIN 45 over the weekend for a special appearance. While Manny Pacquiao didn’t fight anyone, he did make an important announcement about his boxing future. Standing alongside promoter Nobuyuki Sakakibara, he announced a rematch with Floyd Mayweather.

Kenneth Egano, a 22-year-old boxer, has passed away after competing in Manny Pacquiao’s promotion. Egano who was 7-1 with three wins by KO was facing Jason Facularin (4-1) at the Imus Sports Gymnasium in the Philippines last weekend in an eight-round fight that part of Manny Pacquiao‘s TV show “Blow by Blow”, which features boxers on smaller cards. After a hard-fought battle, when the final bell rang and just before they were set to announce Egano as the winner, he collapsed in his corner.

Ugas outpointed Pacquiao and picked up a unanimous decision win in Las Vegas in what was an upset at the sportsbooks. Taking to his social media in the days following the loss, Pacquiao issued a statement where he thanked his fans for their support, congratulated Ugas on his victory, and apologized to his supporters for not being able to get the victory.

Pound-for-pound boxing great Manny Pacquiao is reportedly facing a lawsuit after allegedly breaching his contract to fight Errol Spence Jr. According to Lance Pugmire of The Athletic, manager Audie Attar — who also manages UFC superstar Conor McGregor —  filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against the legendary boxing champion Manny Pacquiao. The report states that Attar is seeking to recoup a $3.3 million advance and requesting an injunction to stop Pacquiao’s scheduled Aug. 21 welterweight title fight against Errol Spence Jr. In the lawsuit, Attar says that he was negotiating a matchup between Pacquiao and Mikey Garcia. Allegedly, Pacquiao left Paradigm to work with Al Haymon’s Premier Boxing Champions and fight Spence Jr.
