Fans have been clamoring for the two rivals to run it back ever since and this weekend they finally will look to settle their differences inside the ring. The rematch takes place this Saturday at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Collard previously fought in the UFC from 2014 to 2015, going 1-3 with a win over Alex White and losses to Max Holloway, Gabriel Benitez and Tiago Trator. He still competes in mixed martial arts but in 2017 made his pro boxing debut and has gone 6-2-3 since then.

For those unfamiliar, the Maryland-born fighter, Davis (25-years-old), is undefeated in his professional career boasting a record of 23-0. He is a two-weight world champion following his most recent TKO victory over Yuriorkis Gamboa in which he captured the vacant WBA lightweight title.

Joshua is coming off the back of his win over Andy Ruiz Jr. which saw him recapture the IBF, WBA & WBO titles. With Deontay Wilder having his hands full with Tyson Fury in late February, “AJ” looks set to step back inside the ring and stay active.

His older brother and fellow YouTuber Logan Paul joined the boxing circuit in 2018 to face KSI. The stars battled to a draw in their first fight, but KSI outpointed the older Paul brother in their 2019 rematch.

Heavyweight boxing star Tyson Fury says that he is excited for a potential boxing rematch between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather. McGregor defeated Donald Cerrone in the main event of UFC 246 and now the race is on to be his next opponent. The sportsbooks favor Jorge Masvidal to get the next crack at McGregor but fighters such as Khabib Nurmagomedov, Justin Gaethje, Nate Diaz and Kamaru Usman are all possibilities as well for McGregor’s next MMA fight.

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather took to social media last night after UFC 246 to tease fights against both Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov in 2020. Mayweather always tries to insert himself into the news even when he’s not the one competing. On Saturday, McGregor returned to the Octagon after a 14-month layoff to knock out Donald Cerrone in the main event of UFC 246. Following the event, Mayweather teased a fight against McGregor and one against Nurmagomedov.

There have recently been talks of a potential fight between boxing world champion Claressa Shields and reigning UFC bantamweight and featherweight champion Amanda Nunes, and White isn’t hiding his plans for a fight between the two. When asked for an update on a potential fight between Nunes and Shields, White told Bronsteter that it’s not hard to figure out what’s going on between all parties involved and he believes the best opponent for each fighter is the other.
