Strickland is the UFC’s newly crowned middleweight champion, but before he even made it to the Ultimate Fighting Championship, he and Green used to battle it out in sparring. According to Green, the two used to train with one another when they were around 21 or 22, and he used to beat up Strickland with ease.

Former UFC middleweight contender Derek Brunson is heading to the PFL. The longtime contender hasn’t been seen since a loss to Dricus du Plessis at UFC 285 in March. That was Derek Brunson’s second loss in a row, previously losing to Jared Cannonier last February. While he was later booked for a rebound fight against Roman Dolidze in November, that bout will no longer be happening.
