Henry Cejudo is telling the UFC to ‘stop pushing’ middleweight champion Israel Adesanya. Adesanya (23-1 MMA) is just fresh off a win against Jared Cannonier (15-6 MMA) at UFC  276 last Saturday night. The victory was via unanimous decision (49-46, 49-46, 50-45), resulting in ‘Izzy’ retaining his middleweight title.

Henry Cejudo has opened up on his UFC 276 confrontation with Sean O’Malley after his fight. Cejudo was backstage at UFC 276 and after O’Malley’s fight against Pedro Munhoz was ruled a No Contest, ‘Triple C’ crashed his interview and had some words for O’Malley. The video then went viral and now Cejudo has opened up on the verbal altercation and ripped O’Malley.

Henry Cejudo crashed Sean O’Malley’s backstage post-fight interview at UFC 276. It was Sean O’Malley (15-1 MMA) vs Pedro Munhoz (19-7 MMA) in a bantamweight bout this past Saturday, July 2nd at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada. The result of the contest was a ruling of no-contest due to an accidental eye poke in Round 2, compromising the vision of Munhoz, and the bout was called to a halt at 3:09.

This one ended in anti-climatic fashion as Munhoz was accidentally poked in the eye during the second stanza and could not continue.

Henry Cejudo has shot down the idea of his return fight being a rematch against former foe Dominick Cruz. The former two-weight UFC champion Henry Cejudo announced recently that he’s re-entering the USADA testing pool after more than two years away from competitive mixed martial arts. His plan of action seems to be going after UFC bantamweight king Aljamain Sterling as his primary target but beyond that, he’s also noted that he wants to try and become the featherweight champion in order to be the first fighter to hold a title in three weight classes in the UFC.

ONE heavyweight champion Arjan Bhullar has revealed that there were discussions of him heading back to the UFC. In turn, Henry Cejudo would be headed to the Asia-based promotion. The 35-year-old was in the UFC for two years, from 2017 to 2019. Despite going 3-1 inside the octagon, he departed to ONE Championship. He scored a unanimous decision victory over Mauro Cerilli, to earn a heavyweight title shot against Brandon Vera.
