It seems that UFC lightweight contender Michael Chandler is still full steam ahead on a fight with Conor McGregor. The two stars were set to finally collide at UFC 303 over the weekend in Las Vegas. For Michael Chandler, the fight is one that he’s been waiting a long, long time for. The two coached The Ultimate Fighter last summer, with the hope of fighting in late 2023. However, due to Conor McGregor’s ‘Road House’ movie obligations, the date was shifted to this summer.

It has been reported that Khabib Nurmagomedov (29-0 MMA) has lost access to his bank accounts after Russian tax authorities seized his assets because of unpaid dept. Numbers are floating around that it could be upwards of $3.3 million dollars that he owes to the Russian government.

Former two-weight UFC champion Conor McGregor is again taking aim at Dustin Poirier. ‘The Notorious’ was set to make his return to the cage this Saturday at UFC 303. However, due to a broken toe, Conor McGregor pulled out of his long-awaited fight with Michael Chandler. The fight was going to be the Irishman’s first since a first-round stoppage loss to Dustin Poirier in July 2021. McGregor famously snapped his leg in the closing seconds of the first round in that contest.
