Beneil Dariush has trust in the UFC, but he may cause a scene if he doesn’t get what’s promised to him if he’s victorious in his next bout. Dariush will share the Octagon with former UFC Lightweight Champion Charles Oliveira. The 155-pound tilt will take place inside Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on June 10 at UFC 289. Dariush has been promised a title opportunity if he defeats “do Bronx.”

Amir Albazi thinks he deserves to get a crack at the winner of Brandon Moreno vs. Alexandre Pantoja. Albazi and Kai Kara-France collided in a pivotal flyweight clash this past Saturday night. The bout served as the main event of UFC Vegas 74. Albazi scored the split nod, although analysts and fans alike feel that Kara-France deserved the win. Albazi is now riding a six-fight winning streak and has won five of those fights under the UFC banner.

The fight went the distance and it ended in controversy. The score totals were read and two of the three judges scored the fight for Albazi. Most fight fans and pundits thought Kara-France should’ve been awarded the victory.

Kara-France was in the main event of the card, which was held inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada this past Saturday night. “Don’t Blink” shared the Octagon with Amir Albazi. This one went the distance and two of the three judges scored the fight for Albazi and he was awarded the split nod.

The Octagon remained in Nevada for tonight’s UFC Vegas 74 event, a 13-bout fight card headlined by Kai Kara-France vs. Amir Albazi. Tonight’s men’s flyweight main event went the full twenty-five minutes. It was a back-and-forth affair that many fans and analysts had tied 2-2 headed into the fifth and final round. Although Kai Kara-France appeared to land the better volume of strikes throughout the final five minutes, it did not prove to be enough to get him the victory. Two of the three judges in attendance scored the contest in favor of Albazi, who walked away with the split decision win.

Strickland (26-5 MMA) posted a video on May 31st which included Muhammad (23-3 MMA) training in the background. During the video, Sean pointed at Belal and labelled him ‘Thunder Thumbs’.

UFC 289 has taken another hit as Chris Daukaus has been forced to withdraw from his scheduled fight due to injury. It will be on Saturday, June 10th that the Ultimate Fighting Championship will return to Canada with UFC 289, taking place at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia.
