Fury and Ngannou have talked about boxing each other for quite some time and after Ngannou left the UFC, talks started to heat up. Then, this week it was announced that Fury and Ngannou will box on October 28 in Saudi Arabia in what will be a highly-anticipated fight.

In February, the former women’s bantamweight champion made a push for an MMA pension bill to gain support. That month, the bill was introduced into the California legislature, quickly earning the support of the state athletic commission.

Coach Javier Mendez has predicted that Alexander Volkanovski and Islam Makhachev will produce an epic rematch in the future. Earlier this year, Alexander Volkanovski and Islam Makhachev went to war. They battled it out over the UFC lightweight championship and, in the end, the decision went in favor of Makhachev. He was able to retain his belt, leaving Volkanovski to head back down to 145 pounds and defend his strap at featherweight.
