Tai Tuivasa has spoken out on his UFC 293 loss to Alexander Volkov. Tuivasa and Volkov shared the Octagon inside the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia. Tuivasa had trouble in the standup finding his range. Volkov used his reach effectively to keep “Bam Bam” at bay. After dropping Adesanya with a punch in the opening frame, Strickland took over his UFC middleweight title fight against “The Last Stylebender.” While round two was better for “The Last Stylebender,” things just went downhill after that. Strickland made it difficult for “Izzy” to land and his relentless pressure won him all but one round on the judges’ scorecards.

The highly anticipated middleweight title fight proved to be one-way traffic for Sean Strickland. The American was able to get the better of Israel Adesanya in four rounds of their five-round affair, even dropping ‘Stylebender’ during the late stages of the opening frame (see that here).
