Dominick Cruz is campaigning for a rematch with Henry Cejudo. Cruz and Cejudo fought back in May, 2020 at UFC 249 as ‘Triple C’ was looking to defend his bantamweight title for the first time. It was also the first time Cruz had fought in three-and-a-half years. In the end, it was Cejudo who won by second-round TKO.

UFC bantamweight titleholder Sean O’Malley has weighed in on boxing star Ryan Garcia’s latest hiccup outside of the ring. Beverly Hills police arrested Garcia for felony vandalism on Saturday at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. He allegedly damaged numerous areas of the hotel, including his room and a nearby hallway.
Former NFL star Shawne Merriman says Dana White attempted to book him a UFC fight against Greg Hardy

UFC president Dana White allegedly tried to book an Octagon clash between former NFL stars Shawne Merriman and Greg Hardy. Merriman and Hardy were two of the most explosive athletes in the NFL during their professional football careers. Since retiring from football, both men have transitioned into combat sports in different roles, and Merriman launched his own promotion in 2019.

Former RIZIN bantamweight champion Kai Asaukra is officially heading to the UFC. The 30-year-old has been viewed as one of the greatest Japanese fighters on the planet for years now. For the unaware, Kai Asakura has been competing in the RIZIN ring since late 2017 and holds victories over the likes of Manel Kape and Kyoji Horiguchi. In December, the bantamweight earned a knockout victory over former Bellator champion Juan Archuleta.

Dominick Reyes has revealed that he was given a bonus for his UFC Louisville win after all. ‘The Devastator’ returned to the octagon on Saturday night, in the co-main event of the UFC’s trip to Kentucky. There, Dominick Reyes competed for the first time since a knockout loss to Ryan Spann in November 2022. That defeat to ‘Superman’ was his fourth in a row, previously losing to the likes of Jon Jones, Jan Blachowicz, and Jiri Prochazka.

The first-round knockout over Jacoby was his first MMA victory since knocking out former UFC middleweight champ Chris Weidman in Oct. 2019.

The New Jersey State Athletic Commission has shot down an appeal from Bruno Silva and upheld Chris Weidman’s victory. Bruno Silva (23-11 MMA) fought Chris Weidman (16-7 MMA) in a middleweight bout this past March. The result was a technical decision victory for Weidman at 2:18 of Round 3.

Going into the fight, Turcios had some heated words for Rosas during their faceoff. Interim UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall has revealed that welterweight kingpin Leon Edwards is helping him prepare for the UFC 304 start time. Aspinall has been outspoken about the UFC’s decision to have the same 10 p.m. ET start time for the Manchester card, meaning Aspinall won’t be fighting until very early in the morning local time. The interim champ even tried convincing the UFC to change the start time, but he didn’t have any luck.

McGregor took aim at boxer Ryan Garcia being popped for ostarine, and he also went after O’Malley for being flagged for that same substance in 2019. Many were surprised that McGregor went after O’Malley given the two have exchanged pleasantries in the past.
