Jones consistently teased both retirement and a fight with Tom Aspinall, who was the interim UFC Heavyweight Champion. “Bones” held the main title, and the logical move would’ve been for a title unification bout. Ultimately, Jones retired and relinquished his championship.

Both men tipped the scales at 126 pounds for their flyweight clash. It’s an impressive feat for Park, as he accepted the bout on late notice.

Topuria has won UFC gold in two weight classes, and he is undefeated.

Arman Tsarukyan does not believe Justin Gaethje has earned another UFC title fight. Gaethje has been adamant about receiving the next crack at the UFC Lightweight Championship. He’s even threatened retirement if he isn’t next in line for a shot at the 155-pound gold. UFC CEO Dana White has said that while he respects Gaethje, he doesn’t appreciate the demands.
