Nate Diaz has fired back at Eddie Hearn after the promoter slammed his boxing match with Jake Paul. The former UFC title challenger headed to the ring earlier this month for his boxing debut. There, Nate Diaz faced Jake Paul, in a DAZN pay-per-view main event. Heading into the contest, the two were fired up and traded words over a fight in the ring, and also a rematch in the cage.

Former UFC welterweight title challenger Darren Till would love to be Nate Diaz’s next boxing foe. ‘The Gorilla’ has been out of the cage since his clash with Dricus du Plessis last December at UFC 282. There, Darren Till suffered his third defeat in a row,  losing to ‘Stillknocks’ by third-round submission. Previously, the British contender had suffered losses to Derek Brunson and Robert Whittaker.

Earlier this month, ‘The Problem Child’ faced off with the former UFC title challenger on DAZN pay-per-view. Meanwhile, the fight was Nate Diaz’s first time in the ring in a professional setting.

Paul and Diaz shared the ring inside the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas earlier this month. The bout had its moments with Paul scoring a fifth-round knockdown, and Diaz continuing to hang in there and land punches. The problem for Diaz was his punches had no significant impact on his opponent. Paul’s punches were clearly more effective and he won the bout via unanimous decision.

In the main event of a DAZN pay-per-view offering, Jake Paul defeated Nate Diaz by unanimous decision. Following the victory, he called out Canelo Alvarez and also offered to do a rematch with the MMA fighter in the PFL.
