Bisping, the former UFC middleweight champion, is one of the UFC’s color commentators and he worked the desk on Saturday night alongside former UFC heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier and Brendan Fitzgerald. On Saturday night during the main event between Stephen Thompson and Geoff Neal, Bisping made a comment about the fighters who Neal beat on his win streak including Muhammad, Perry, and Price, insinuating that they aren’t on the same level that Thompson is.

Earlier today news broke the scheduled UFC Vegas 10 featured preliminary bout between Matt Schnell and Tyson Nam had been cancelled. According to UFC officials, Schnell had been struggling with his weigh cut and eventually collapsed while taking to the scale.

Former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping and long-time rival Dan Henderson traded shots on social media during the UFC 251 broadcast on Saturday. Saturday marked 11 years to the day since UFC 100 when Henderson scored one of the most iconic KOs in MMA history when he flatlined Bisping. The pair rematched seven years later at UFC 204, with Bisping winning a competitive unanimous decision to tie the score between the two at one each. Following the second fight with Bisping, Henderson retired from the sport, and Bisping followed him out the door soon after.

Regrettably, he’s apparently been pulled from those commentary spots.

Rohskopf collided with Austin Hubbard in the opening bout on the UFC on ESPN 11 card. The action took place this past Saturday night (June 20). It was clear that Hubbard was too much for Rohskopf and the fighter told his coach, Robert Drysdale that he was done. Rohskopf ended up telling referee Mark Smith that he wanted out of the fight and the bout was stopped.

Many believe “Sugar” has massive star potential and Bisping wants to see just how good O’Malley can be.
