UFC bantamweight champ Henry Cejudo has only been retired for a few days, and he’s already laying the groundwork for a move to boxing. At UFC 249 last Saturday, Cejudo faced the former champion Dominick Cruz in a bantamweight title bout. He won by TKO in the second round, but Cruz disagreed with that stoppage. After his victory, Cejudo announced his shocking retirement from the sport.

Paul entered the boxing circuit earlier this year when he knocked out fellow Youtuber AnEsonGib, in the 1st round. He claimed he was ready to avenge his brother’s loss, Logan Paul vs KSI, but now Jake Paul has found fresh meat. He wants to defeat Conor McGregor’s training partner and Bellator star, Dillon Danis.

Danis targeted Jones after UFC flyweight champ Valentina Shevchenko defended the light heavyweight on Twitter on Thursday.

Bellator MMA talent Dillon Danis has a long-standing beef with YouTube star Logan Paul and his brother Jake. Based on this grudge, it should come as no surprise that Danis had something to say about Paul’s recent sparring session with UFC middleweight contender Paulo Costa. Paul and Costa sparred at the UFC Performance Institute last week. The pair engaged in some wrestling work — in which Paul did surprisingly well — and a bit of boxing. The boxing ended with a headache for Paul, who was sent crashing to the mat by a huge punch (though not everyone believes the impact was legit).

While it’s true that McGregor was never defeated to lose the featherweight title, and was instead stripped for inactivity, this claim did not go over especially well with fans.

Danis, who is Conor McGregor’s jiu-jitsu coach and training partner has said it has been a very good camp for the Irishman. Not only that, but he says McGregor has been in a good spot mentally, so he is scared for Donald Cerrone at UFC 246.

More bad news, fight fans. Dillon Danis has been forced out of his Bellator 238 fight with Kegan Gennrich with an injury. The Orange County Register was first to report this unfortunate turn of events. MMA Fighting subsequently confirmed that report. Danis, a decorated BJJ player and a long-time training partner of former two-division UFC champ Conor McGregor, was looking to improve to 3-0 as a mixed martial artist in this Bellator 238 fight. In his first two pro bouts, Danis picked up first-round submission wins over Kyle Walker and Max Humphrey.

Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone has stated he isn’t planning on grappling with Conor McGregor in the main event of UFC 246 this weekend. Instead, the American claims he wants to test the brick-fisted Irishman on the feet. While this comment from Cerrone sounds like good news for McGregor, who is one of the best strikers in the sport, the Irishman seems like he’ll be well-prepared in the event that the American is bluffing.

Dillon Danis is now 2-0 in the Bellator cage, and will attempt to boost that record to 3-0 when he takes on Kegan Gennrich at Bellator 238 on January 25. Interestingly, both of his previous fights and his upcoming battle with Gennrich have all been contested at catchweights. Danis claims that’s because, as a part owner of Bellator MMA, he can call the shots.

Bellator star Dillon Danis has claimed that Khabib Nurmagomedov attempted to run away in the aftermath of their UFC 229 brawl. The incident, which occurred back in October 2018, began after Nurmagomedov had just submitted Conor McGregor in the fourth round of their main event fight in Las Vegas. Immediately after that, “The Eagle” quite literally went flying out of the cage in an attempt to attack McGregor’s team — specifically Danis.

The UFC’s answer to 50 Cent strikes again. Tyron Woodley has called out Dillon Danis in a live-stream freestyle rap and the Bellator fighter has responded. The former welterweight champion has a variety of career accolades that extend outside of MMA. At the start of the year, the 170-pound fighter featured on a track by the Glacier Boyz called Blow. He also released his own song called Money and The Love in August 2019. The track has amassed nearly 100k views and recieved a mixed bag of reactions. Watch the full clip below.

According to a new report, Bellator star Dillon Danis is likely to take on Ian Butler at the Bellator Los Angeles event in January. Amy Kaplan of FanSided reported Tuesday that Danis is being targeted for the fight against Butler at Bellator LA, which takes place January 25, 2020, at The Forum in Inglewood, California. The main event of the card will see Bellator women’s featherweight champion Julia Budd put her title on the line when she takes on former UFC and Strikeforce champion Cris Cyborg.
