An image (see above) taken of Conor McGregor and his family during Halloween has drawn scrutiny online. McGregor’s mother, Margaret, was seen in some of the photos with black paint smeared over her face. Some online took it as Margaret wearing blackface, but she has denied the claim.

Former UFC “champ-champ” Conor McGregor is bulking up quite a bit these days. McGregor hasn’t been seen inside the Octagon since July 2021. The “Notorious” one suffered a broken tibia and fibula during his trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier. McGregor has vowed to make a comeback, but he’s currently out of the USADA testing pool. He needs to reenter the pool and undergo six months of testing before he’d be eligible to fight again.

Hasbulla has sent a warning to Conor McGregor. McGregor and Hasbulla have never seen eye-to-eye, due to the fact that the Russian is close with Khabib Nurmagomedov and Islam Makhachev. Over the past few months, the two have taken shots at one another, including McGregor saying he would punt Hasbulla like a football if he saw him.

Conor McGregor is still in the Dominican Republic, where he’s busy filming the highly anticipated remake of the Patrick Swayze classic Road House. But ‘The Notorious’ is eager to get back home so he can start a training camp and return to the UFC early in 2023. That declaration was made during a Facebook livestream where McGregor answered a number of questions being fired at him by fans in the chat.

Jake Paul has sent a message to Conor McGregor ahead of his boxing match against Anderson Silva. Paul and Silva agreed to a bet that if the YouTuber-turned-boxer defeats the former UFC champ, Silva will partner with him to help create a fighter union. Paul has been vocal in wanting to increase fighter pay in the UFC and now he’s calling on Conor McGregor to help him and Silva.

UFC President Dana White has confirmed that Conor McGregor will require 6 months of USADA drug testing before returning to the Octagon. McGregor (22-6 MMA) has not fought since July of 2021 when he lost to Dustin Poirier (28-7 MMA) at UFC 264. The 34-year-old Irishman broke his leg during the fight and had to be operated on to repair fractures to both his tibia and fibula.

Conor McGregor has trashed a possible UFC lightweight title fight between Islam Makhachev and Alex Volkanovski. Last weekend at UFC 280, Islam Makhachev submitted Charles Oliveira to become the new UFC lightweight champion. Shortly afterwards, Alex Volkanovski came into the Octagon to set up a champ vs champ superfight – potentially next year in Australia.

Jake Paul has caught wind of Conor McGregor’s now-deleted tweets post-UFC 280. Islam Makhachev had a stellar performance in his UFC Lightweight Championship fight against Charles Oliveira. Makhachev put “do Bronx” away in the second round via arm triangle submission to lay claim to the 155-pound gold.

Former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor has decided to troll Petr Yan ahead of Saturday’s pay-per-view event in Abu Dhabi. Yan (16-3 MMA), the promotions former bantamweight champion, is set to return to the Octagon on the main card of UFC 280 against Sean O’Malley. ‘No Mercy’ will enter the contest looking to rebound, this after suffering a split decision setback to Aljamain Sterling in his most previous effort at UFC 273.

Floyd Mayweather has often claimed that he ‘carried’ Conor McGregor through the early rounds of their 2017 boxing superfight, which ended in a 10th round TKO victory for Floyd. Now McGregor is firing back, saying he was the one who was doing the carrying. McGregor’s comments came as part of a compliment he paid towards Claressa Shields, who had just won a ‘Fight of the Year’ candidate against Savannah Marshall over the weekend. Shields retained her WBA, WBC, IBF, WBF, and The Ring middleweight titles. She added the WBO middleweight title to her collection, becoming the unified middleweight champion.

Edwards became the UFC’s welterweight champion with a comeback fifth-round head kick KO over Kamaru Usman in the rematch. Although all signs point towards the trilogy happening next, Edwards is also open to taking some super fights and the biggest one he eyes is against Conor McGregor.

A possible opponent was thought to be Conor McGregor (22-6).

Conor McGregor (22-6 MMA) has been out of commission since his fight with Dustin Poirier (28-7 MMA) in July of 2021 at UFC 264. The 34 year old, no only lost that lightweight bout but also broke his leg in the process. The Irishman has been recuperating, rehabilitating and training ever since. The current speculation is that ‘Notorious’ will make his return to the Octagon in the 1st quarter of 2023.

He seems to have recovered from his broken leg fairly well and appears to be training as hard as he has been in a long time.
