While he may have already knocked off Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley, Jake Paul is still going after fights against former UFC stars. This time around, he’s pursuing a showdown with former UFC middleweight king Michael Bisping.

Ever since Paul listed him as a potential opponent in a future boxing match, Bisping has been more than happy to go back and forth with the YouTuber-turned-boxer on social media. “The Count” has been retired for four years now following his run in mixed martial arts but if the money is right, there’s every chance he could take Paul up on his challenge.

He later revealed that he’s entirely blind in one eye, and later had issues in his other one. The latter of which forced him to hang up the gloves.

Jacare Souza has confirmed that his MMA retirement is still ongoing. However, a trip into the squared circle isn’t off the table. The 42-year-old retired from the sport in 2021 following a four-fight losing streak. A technical submission loss to Andre Muniz at UFC 262 saw the middleweight great announce that he was done inside the cage. However, earlier this year, he said that he was going to box instead.

NFL star Frank Gore announced his plans to officially retire from football and enter into a different kind of combat sport. Gore, 38, plans to sign a one-day contract with the 49ers and retire as a member of the team that drafted him way back in 2005. Frank Gore spent 10 seasons with the 49ers, three with the Indianapolis Colts, and one each with the Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills and New York Jets. In his 16-year NFL career, Gore rushed for exactly 16,000 yards.
