With Nate Diaz’s final UFC fight on his contract now being confirmed, we can only assume that he’s already started to focus on what lies beyond his upcoming showdown with Khamzat Chimaev.

However, ‘TNT’ was pulled from the fight due to issues gaining entry to the country. As a result, the YouTuber-turned-boxer gave a timer on the fight happening.

Jake Paul will take a step up in competition on Saturday August 6th when he takes on Hasim Rahman Jr. at Madison Square Garden. Paul (5-0, 4 KOs) has not competed since December of 2021, where he knocked out former UFC champion Tyron Woodley in devastating fashion at the Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay, Florida. ‘The Problem Child’ was initially expected to face Tommy Fury in his return at MSG, but that bout fell apart for multiple reasons (see more on that here).

Jake Paul will no longer be fighting Tommy Fury. Paul and Fury were set to fight last December but the Brit got hurt and was forced out of the bout. The two were then rebooked for August 6 at Madison Square Garden but recently Fury was denied entry into the U.S.. Now, it appears Paul has replaced Fury with pro boxer Hasim Rahman Jr., the news was first reported by Sports Illustrated’s Chris Mannix.

The pair have been going back and forth at one another for months now and on August 6, they’re scheduled to finally put an end to their rivalry one way or the other at Madison Square Garden.
