One of the more unusual feuds to have developed in the last couple of months in the MMA space is between Henry Cejudo and Conor McGregor. These two men, who have both won titles in multiple weight classes in the UFC, seem to dislike one another and aren’t afraid to voice their frustrations on social media.

In what can only be described as one of the most insane TV moments of all-time, Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Academy Awards. It came after Rock had made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith’s hairstyle, with Will noting that her alopecia was the reason why he found it particularly offensive.

Due to the closeness of their three previous bouts, many assumed we’d see a fourth installment.

Brendan Schaub is not a fan of Khabib Nurmagomedov’s idea for UFC welterweights to boycott Colby Covington. ‘Chaos’ last fought Jorge Masvidal in the main event of UFC 272 earlier this month. While he won the fight in the cage, they had another altercation outside of it weeks later. ‘Gamebred’ reportedly saw Covington at the Papi Steak restaurant in Miami. He then allegedly sucker-punched him, and now is facing felony charges.

One of the heavyweight greats might be hanging up the gloves. PFL’s Fabricio Werdum has announced he’s likely retired. The former UFC heavyweight champion headed over to PFL in 2020. He wound up only having one bout in the promotion’s 2021 season due to injury. That sole fight was a no-contest with Renan Ferreria, originally a loss that was overturned due to a missed tap.

Recently, more and more commissions are keeping the salaries private, but Ohio is one of the few states that disclose the pay. In the main event of UFC Columbus, Curtis Blaydes scored a second-round TKO over Chris Daukaus. For his efforts, ‘Razor’ took home the biggest purse of any fighter featured on the card, pocketing a cool $312k. Daukaus, meanwhile, was paid $80k in defeat.

Brendan Schaub has weighed in on the latest accusations made against Chael Sonnen. It was back in December of 2021 when news broke that ‘The American Gangster’ had been slapped with five misdemeanor battery charges after allegedly being part of a hotel brawl. The citations were subsequently dropped without prejudice but a new lawsuit was filed on March 25 in Clark County (Nevada) District Court.

Melvin Manhoef is a kickboxing legend and current Bellator MMA star. He can seemingly now add being a crime-fighter to his list of occupations. The 45-year-old spoke about his recent run-in with some burglars with the Dutch news outlet Vechtsport Info. Manhoef revealed that he recently saw some men attempting to rob his home. As a result, he stopped them and then decided to chase after the men after they attempted to flee.
