Tony Ferguson continues to push for a coaching battle between himself and Khabib Nurmagomedov on The Ultimate Fighter. There are few fights across the history of mixed martial arts that have received the ‘what if’ treatment from fans of the sport. Brock Lesnar vs Fedor Emelianenko is one, Anderson Silva vs Georges St-Pierre is another, and you could certainly argue that the third biggest is Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Tony Ferguson.

Glover Teixeira thinks Israel Adesanya will avoid fighting his teammate Alex Pereira at all costs. Pereira and Adesanya fought twice in kickboxing with the Brazilian winning both including one by KO. Since then, ‘The Last Stylebender’ made the move to MMA and has become a UFC champion, this while Pereira just recently got back into MMA and is now 2-0 in the UFC. The Brazilian is set to face Sean Strickland at UFC 276 on July 2 and should he win, many expect he will face Adesanya next. However, for Teixeira, he doubts the middleweight champ will accept the fight against Pereira.

On Thursday, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) took to Twitter to announce Page has signed a one-fight deal to headline BKFC 27 on August 20 against Mike Perry. The event will take place in London and according to reports, this is a one-off for Page who is still under Bellator contract.
