The lawsuit but several former fighters alleges that the promotion suppressed fighter pay through anti-competitive tactics such as shutting out competition and controlling the market from 2010 until 2017.

TKO Group Holdings officially filed paperwork with the SEC ahead of the third-quarter TKO earnings call on Nov. 7.  The new breakdown features financials for both the UFC and World Wrestling Entertainment.

In August, the two headlined a DAZN pay-per-view offering, in Nate Diaz’s boxing debut. The longtime UFC star had discussed a potential move to the ring and found a suitable opponent in Jake Paul.

That was a short-notice bout for Kamaru Usman, and it showed at times. Still, the former welterweight champion was able to compete and wound up suffering a close decision loss on the scorecards.

Derrick Lewis didn’t want to comment on his recent for reckless driving arrest. On Tuesday, it was revealed by ABC13 out of Houston, that Lewis was arrested on October 25th as court records show he was driving 136 mph in a 50 mph zone in a red Lamborghini. Lewis allegedly passed a member of law enforcement on the highway, who stated that he was weaving in and out of traffic, leading to the arrest. However, the UFC heavyweight contender was left off with a $100 personal recognizance bond, and his next court date is set for late December.
