Francis Ngannou is not exactly sure why Dana White didn’t stick around to present him with the heavyweight title following his win at UFC 270. Ngannou (17-3 MMA) put his heavyweight championship on the line against former training partner and interim heavyweight title holder Ciryl Gane (10-1 MMA) yesterday evening.
Former UFC & Bellator fighter Maiquel Falcao Killed In Brazil

Maiquel Falcao, who once competed under the UFC and Bellator banners, has died after being stabbed in Pelotas, Brazil. Gaucha ZH reports that Falcao was stabbed in the stomach outside of a bar. The incident is said to have occurred around 3 a.m. local time. Falcao was taken to a hospital but he has passed away.

Francis Ngannou’s issues with the UFC go beyond money. Ngannou went one-on-one with Ciryl Gane in the main event of UFC 270. This was a title unification bout as Ngannou held the UFC Heavyweight Championship, while Gane laid claim to the interim gold. Something had to give inside the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

The Octagon returned to California for tonight’s UFC 270 event, an eleven-bout fight card headlined by Francis Ngannou vs. Ciryl Gane. The highly anticipated heavyweight title unification bout proved to be a back and forth affair. Ciryl Gane off to a quick start in rounds one and two, landing a plethora of punches and kicks on Francis Ngannou. However, ‘The Predator’ turned to his wrestling for the final fifteen minutes of the fight and in doing so wound up scoring a unanimous decision victory.

After years of trash-talking one another, they will finally fight and Covington says he will put Masvidal in the hospital.
