Charles Oliveira is willing to forget about Conor McGregor after recent comments from Khabib Nurmagomedov. Oliveira (33-8 MMA) was stripped of his title after missing weight against Justin Gaethje (23-4 MMA) at UFC 274 in May of this year. Oliveira did win the match via rear-naked choke just 3:22 into the first round.

As it turns out, the champ wasn’t too happy with this decision, to the point where he even threatened to leave the division.

At the age of 35, Jessica ‘Evil’ Eye has opted to walk away from the cage for the final time following a unanimous decision defeat to Maycee Barber last weekend. The loss dropped her pro MMA record to 15-11 (1) and left her on a four-fight losing streak, which seemed to be enough for her to decide that enough was enough.

Adesanya beat Jared Cannonier by a decision in the main event in a lackluster fight that saw fans leave the arena halfway through the contest. After the fight, Adesanya said it was an “off-night” for him but Vettori doesn’t believe that. Instead, he thinks the middleweight champ is just a boring fighter and claims the division needs a new champion.

Pereira beat Adesanya in kickboxing twice, including knocking him out once and now it appears they will be meeting for a third time, but this time in MMA in the UFC.

It was Sean O’Malley (15-1 MMA) vs Pedro Munhoz (19-7 MMA) in a bantamweight bout this past Saturday, July 2nd at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada. The result of the contest was a ruling of no-contest due to an accidental eye poke in Round 2, compromising the vision of Munhoz, and the bout was called to a halt at 3:09.
