VIDEO | Jake Shields confronts Mike Jackson for calling him a "Nazi," altercation ensues

Jake Shields and Mike Jackson had an altercation today that turned physical. According to Shields, Jackson has called him a Nazi on social media which the former UFC title challenger was not happy with. The two have gone back and forth on social media and on Friday, they finally saw each other. Once they did, Shields took Jackson to the ground and was holding him there, and tried to land some ground and pound. Jackson – who has also fought in the UFC – is heard asking people to get Shields off of him, before Jake was eventually removed.

The Commercial Court has refused Artem Lobov’s claim against Conor McGregor due to ‘a significant lapse in time’. The case will now be headed to High Court. Lobov, a retired UFC fighter and bare-knuckle boxing star is suing Conor McGregor over a substantial amount in unpaid proceeds from the sale of McGregor’s Proper No. 12 Irish Whiskey brand.

Controversial footage has been released of Jake Paul dropping Faze Clan’s Deestroying as the YouTube-turned-boxer prepares to announce his next opponent. Paul cemented himself as one of the biggest content creators on YouTube, earning millions of dollars in the process. Not feeling satisfied enough, Paul transitioned into boxing and has dedicated the last five years to improving his skillset between the ropes. His most recent and significant victory came over UFC legend Anderson Silva. Donald De La Haye, who goes by the name ‘Deestroying, is a successful Youtuber. However, had no experience boxing before joining Paul during his training camp.

TJ Dillashaw has a major regret from his career. Dillashaw recently announced his retirement from MMA following his TKO loss to Aljamain Sterling for the bantamweight title. In the fight, he disclosed his shoulder multiple times and after the fight, he was set to undergo surgery.

Green, who collides with Drew Dober this Saturday in Las Vegas, spent some time during his pre-fight media obligations claiming his most-recent opponent, Makhachev, had taken steroids in the past. The pair met earlier this year at UFC Vegas 49, where Makhachev scored a TKO victory in the opening round.

Kakhramonov is set to return to the Octagon at UFC Vegas 66 against Nurmagomedov as the 27-year-old wanted to fight one more time this year. He improved to 2-0 in the UFC back in July with a decision win over Ronnie Lawrence. Now, he will fight on the final card of the year against Nurmagomedov.

At the time of the arrest, the 33-year-old Adesanya (23-2 MMA) was travelling back to New Zealand after being dethroned as the UFC middleweight champion by Alex Pereira (7-1 MMA) at UFC 281. Adesanya had been leading on the scorecards until Pereira finished him with just 2:05 left in the fifth round.

The UFC are close to finalising a middleweight contest between Marvin Vettori and Roman Dolidze in March. Sources confirmed to ESPN that the pair have agreed to a 185-pound battle at UFC 286 on March 18 in London. The UFC are yet to announce the main event for the pay-per-view show.
