Conor McGregor may be coaching The Ultimate Fighter again. McGregor coached TUF 22 against Urijah Faber in 2015 in a season where the coaches were not going to fight at the end of it. Yet, the season was a success as McGregor drew eyeballs to the show and now he took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal he has been offered to coach the show again.

Paradigm – a management company – believes Manny Pacquiao has breached its contract. Pacquiao and Paradigm are set to go to court in March as the management company has accused the boxer of breaching their contract. The court date is set for March 3rd in Orange County, California.

ONE Championship CEO Chatri Sityodtong is unsure if Angela and Christian Lee will fight again. Earlier this month, news broke that Victoria Lee passed away at 18 years old. ‘The Prodigy’ was 3-0 inside the promotion, having made her debut two years prior at just 16. At the time, Lee made headlines for being the youngest athlete in promotional history.

UFC flyweight contender Alexandre Pantoja had addressed his fight night meeting with Brandon Moreno. ‘The Assassin Baby’ returned over the weekend at UFC 283 against Deiveson Figueiredo. In the first-ever quadrilogy fight in promotional history, Moreno dominated. He wound up re-earning the flyweight title by stoppage following the third round.

Former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman is slated for his combat sports return. The former titleholder has been out of action since his clash with Uriah Hall in April 2021. In that outing at UFC 261, Weidman shattered his leg when throwing a kick. ‘Prime Time’ checked the blow, causing the injury, and giving Hall the first-ever victory in promotional history without throwing a strike.

Marcus Brimage is done with MMA. Brimage last competed in MMA in July 2021 at XMMA 2 when he lost a decision to Kyle Bochniak to drop his pro record to 7-8. Since then, Brimage has signed with BKFC and is focused on bare-knuckle and after having his BKFC fight he says he is done with MMA.

Jamahal Hill has responded to Jiri Prochazka. Hill became the UFC’s new light heavyweight champion at UFC 283 when he beat Glover Teixeira by decision in Brazil. Of course, Prochazka was the champ – as he submitted Teixeira in June – but vacated the belt due to an injury.

The Aljamain Sterling vs. Henry Cejudo bantamweight title fight is now pushed back to April’s UFC 287 event. ‘Funk Master’ (22-3 MMA) is sporting an 8-fight winning streak, his last victory coming in October of last year at UFC 280 where he defeated T.J. Dillashaw (17-5 MMA) via a second round TKO. It was to be Sterlings second title defence as champion.

UFC light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill has praised Glover Teixeira’s toughness following their bout at UFC 283. In the main event of UFC 283, Glover Teixeira and Jamahal Hill went to war. The two men battled it out over the vacant title at 205 pounds and eventually, it was Hill who managed to get his hand raised via a dominant decision.

In the main event of the pay-per-view card in Brazil, Glover Teixeira was set to face Jamahal Hill – who was originally booked to face Smith. With Smith’s fights off, he was asked to be the backup fighter for the main event but missed weight so he would’ve been ineligible to win the belt had either Teixeira or Hill not been able to fight.

Jake Paul started off 2023 by signing a deal with the PFL (Professional Fighters League), which saw him become a stake holder in their new PPV super-fights division. The longtime head coach of The Pit is mainly known for his work with Chuck Liddell. ‘The Iceman’ was coached by Hackleman for the majority of his career. Although, he declined to train the former champion for his final fight against Tito Ortiz in 2018.

It was just this past weekend that UFC middleweight champion Alex Pereira had to watch his longtime friend and coach, Glover Teixeira (33-9 MMA) get dominated and defeated by Jamahal Hill (12-1 MMA) in their light heavyweight bout at UFC 283 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Hill now holds the title of UFC champion.
