Colby Covington doubts Islam Makhachev would move up to welterweight, but if he does he believes it would be an easy fight for him. Makhachev is the current UFC lightweight champion and is expected to face the winner of Charles Oliveira vs. Beneil Dariush in October. After that, it’s uncertain who would be next and although there has been talk of Islam fighting at 170 before, Covington doubts that will happen.

Jake Paul says his fight against Nate Diaz is do-or-die for his boxing career. Ever since Paul became a pro boxer, many have been critical of him and assumed that his career as a prize fighter wouldn’t last long. After suffering his first career loss at the hands of Tommy Fury, many wondered if ‘The Problem’ child would continue competing in the squared circle. However, those doubts were recently answered when it was announced that Paul will box Diaz on August 5 in Dallas, Texas.

UFC light-heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill doesn’t believe his fight with Jiri Prochazka will be close. ‘Sweet Dreams’ has been out of the octagon since January. In that outing, Hill scored an unexpected unanimous decision victory against Glover Teixeira. In the process, he won the light-heavyweight title that was left vacant by ‘Denisa’. Prochazka famously vacated the gold last year after suffering a shoulder injury in training.
