Anheliger is entering his fourth UFC fight and is 1-2 in the promotion and on a two-fight losing skid. He’s coming off a third-round submission loss to Jose Johnson which was frustrating for him as he says he didn’t feel like himself in the Octagon.

Jorge Masvidal is a sizeable betting favorite to defeat Nate Diaz in their boxing match on June 1. It was announced on Wednesday that Diaz and Masvidal would box on June 1 at 175lbs at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The event will be carried on pay-per-view by Fanmio for $79.99, with an early price of $49.99 available until April 12.

Mike DiSabato, a close friend of UFC Hall of Famer Mark Coleman has provided an update on his condition. On Tuesday, it was revealed that Coleman was airlifted to a hospital after saving his parents from a house fire. News station WTOL says Coleman went in to save his parents and got them out, but he went back in for the family dog who unfortunately passed away. The house is believed to be a total loss as the fire reportedly started in the kitchen, but it’s uncertain how the fire started.

Alexa Grasso is claiming a judges scoring error resulted in her rematch with Valentina Shevchenko being ruled a split draw. It was Alexa Grasso (16-3 MMA) vs. Valentina Shevchenko (23-4 MMA) in a flyweight bout back in March of 2023 at UFC 285. The result was a submission victory for Grasso at 4:34 of round 4, crowning her the UFC flyweight champion.

It has been revealed that Jack Della Maddalena broke his arm during UFC 299 fight with Gilbert Burns. UFC 299 took place this past weekend and saw Jack Della Maddalena (17-2 MMA) in a welterweight bout with Gilbert Burns (22-7 MMA). The result was a KO victory at 3:43 of Round 3 for the Aussie (see that here).
